Physicochemical properties:

White crystalline powder. Sweet. It is hygroscopic. 1g can be dissolved in 1.1ml water at 25°C, dissolved in 0.8ml water at 30°C, dissolved in 0.41ml water at 50°C, dissolved in 0.28ml water at 70°C, soluble in 0.18ml water at 90°C, soluble in hot ice acetic acid, pyridine and aniline are dissolved in 120 ml of methanol at 20 ° C, very slightly soluble in absolute ethanol, ether and acetone. 0.5 mol/L aqueous solution pH 5.9.
