Aluminum Nickel Alloy 40.0%~50.0% CP Grade Reagent
Cas Number:12635-27-7
Formula: AlNi
Molar Mass:85.67
EC Number: 234-439-6
Physicochemical properties:
Grayish black with metallic luster or cubic crystals. It is made by melting 50 parts of nickel and 50 parts of aluminum. It can be burned in contact with air (containing hydrogen and has the property of Ni2H). Usually stored in ethanol solution. It can react with sodium hydroxide, most of the aluminum is dissolved and hydrogen is released, and the remaining nickel is RAnEy nickel, which has catalytic activity.
Usage:
A catalyst for hydrogenation.
Packing:
500g/25kg
